6 Ways to Well Being
At Cobham we have been working on ‘6 Ways to Well Being.’ All junior classes have participated in a workshop which outlined different ways to improve their own well being! The children have loved the activities and have been able to choose some of these ideas to help them when they have needed to. From simple exercises, to writing a note to a loved one, to sharing favourite memories to learning a new skill – all these activities can help us feel better about ourselves! Alongside our Growth Mindset approach, we are helping our children be happy, confident and positive individuals.
